Think diet.

I need inspiration to keep up with my diet. Three days and I am already craving chips.

Wanted: One bikini body. (See below for examples)

 I will see this diet through.

  1. Make yourself look forward to the 'diet' food. It's so easy to have awesome meals that are healthy for you too. Pastas, stir fries, steaks. Chicken Tikka Masala and Spag Bol are great if made in a healthy way.

  2. Ah thanks! I've mainly been having protein and veg plus lots of fruit. Doing lots of exercise too. Seems to be working so far :)
